We developed into a mom and pop birding business after mixing and bagging seed and selling at local community events created a demand for our products. Badger Birds’ started with wild bird feeding and observing in our backyard in rural Cambridge, WI. When we saw which foods enticed our native Wisconsin and migrating birds, we began mixing our own rich seed blends to attract Wisconsin’s seasonal, year-round and migrating birds, we packaged high quality seed without cheap fillers and crop leftovers. We decided to offer our blends in grab-n-go packaged seed, specific blends and ‘Bag-Your-Own’ bins using recyclable/re-refillable/return-your-own bags.
